Shipping Policy
At Kipzee, we’re committed to delivering high-quality smart cameras, dash cams, and smart door locks safely and efficiently across the United States. This policy outlines how we process and ship your orders, estimated delivery times, shipping restrictions, and what to expect from purchase to delivery.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
- We cannot deliver to U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), APO/FPO military addresses, or P.O. boxes.
Shipping Fees
- Standard shipping is free for all orders within the continental U.S.
- Orders to Alaska or Hawaii may incur an additional shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Shipping Methods and Timelines
- We ship via trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and regional freight partners.
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- Transit times typically range from 3–5 business days, depending on location.
- Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days from purchase (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
- Custom products may take up to 14 business days to fulfill.

Delivery Information
- High-value or freight shipments may require a signature.

Shipping Issues
Lost Packages
If your tracking number hasn’t updated for 5 or more business days, or if your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us at support@kipzee.com. We will investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement at no extra cost.
Damaged Shipments
